Parisa is currently in a specialty tax practice focusing on tax-exempt organizations. Her clients include universities, hospitals, and nonprofits such as Virginia Tech, University of Maryland Medical System, and The Kennedy Center.

Prior to joining the tax practice, Parisa was a manager in the audit practice, focusing on public sector and government clients. Her audit clients included the Department of Justice, Department of the Treasury, the City of Alexandria, and Tishman Speyer.
